Our Refund and Exchange Policy

Run 6 Miles pride ourselves in carrying the best products in terms of quality and performance, and we are very sure that you will be happy with your purchase.

If however, by any reason you receive your product and you find that it does not meet your expectation, it is damaged or defective, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at crew@run6miles.com for an exchange or refund.

We do have some terms stipulated with regards to this policy:

  • We have a 30-day refund/exchange policy from date of purchase
  • Products that are purchased on sale or on discounts are not eligible for refund.
  • Products returned for refund must be unworn and unused and in its original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Your refund will be for the value of your product, minus shipping costs. 
  • We will need your details to process your refund / exchange. Please provide them to crew@run6miles.com. What we will need are your best contact details, your order details, reason for return and proof of return shipping.
